In most case G Series starts with a solid wood sound boards, which would be of solid Cedar or Spruce. Spruce is chosen for its dynamic range and its bandwidth. It gives great low, mid and high frequency that makes a very well balanced guitar. In some instances cedar is used, this gives it a very nice smooth and warm vintage tone right out of the box and it has a very nice response to a very light tough. All G series guitars are made with a very durable polyester finish. This gives you many years of durability and lasting beauty.
